What is RSS and how it's work , RSS

RSS (hich Site Summary) or (Really Simple Syndication) is a way to keep the users abreas
with the updations on the websites, which get frequently updated. Examples of such
websites are: News and blog sites, Medical websites, religious organisation information
pages. Checking such website repeatedly for updations is a cumbersome job. RSS proves
to be helpful in such cases. It works by having the website author maintain a list of
notifications on the website in a defined way. This list is known as RSS Feed. Users can
keep track of updations by simply checking this list.

RSS Feed is made up of a list of items presented in an order from newest to oldest. Each
item usually consists of a simple title briefly describing the updated content along with a
complete description and a link to a web page with the actual information being
described. RSS Aggregators (special computer programs) have been developed to
access these feeds and organise the results for the users.
